From the South/I-80 Ohio Turnpike (exit 145): Take 57 North, take Midway Mall exit. At lights take left onto Tillotson Road. At the next set of lights, take a left and drive over the 49th Street Bridge. At lights go straight into Midway Square Shopping Plaza. Family Planning Services is to the far left.

From the North

From the North/I-90 (exit 145A): Take 57 South, take Griswold Road Exit. Take a left onto Leona Street. At lights, take right into Midway Square Shopping Plaza. Family Planning Services is to the far left.
